In the Press

My work and writing reach beyond the therapy room. I’m the author of the IPPY Silver Medal-winning Restless: How to Stop Living an If-Only Life, and have been featured across national media, television, and family and mental health publications. I write regularly on restlessness, identity, comparison, relationships, ADHD, and the transition to parenthood.

An advertisement for a book titled "Restless" by Kristen Mosier LMFT, with a pink handwritten message saying "Order Now!" and the question, "Do you often have this nagging sense that something better could be around the corner?" The book cover is orange with the title repeated in different shades of pink and white. Logo of Bridge City Books and its social media handle @bridgecitybooks at the bottom.
