Workshops
Workshops Based on: Restless
Drawing from the principles in Restless, these workshops begin with an introduction to the nature and roots of restlessness, then move into guided exercises and practical tools to help attendees decode their restlessness, access their intuition, and align their life with their deepest values. Participants will learn to distinguish between chronic dissatisfaction and genuine intuitive wisdom so they can become more confident in their decisions and more present in their lives.
Workshops can be tailored to explore restlessness in work, parenting, relationships, or ADHD, and are available in various formats including in-person groups, virtual sessions, corporate settings, and retreat components.

Bringing Baby Home Workshop for Expectant Parents
As a certified childbirth educator, I know that sometimes we get so focused on how pregnancy and birth will change our bodies and homes (both important, of course) that we don’t prepare for how it will change our relationships. I offer private or group workshops for couples who want to take proactive steps to prepare their relationship for parenthood. As a Bringing Baby Home educator, I use a combination of teaching, discussion, and interactive exercises to help you and your partner prepare for the changes ahead.
This workshop is available for group settings including, but not limited to, yoga studios, childbirth education settings, and private homes. It can also be utilized as an add-on course to traditional childbirth education classes. Please contact me for more information.
Vision Board Events
"Once you know what direction to take, finding the path to it becomes easy."—Preeti Shenoy
Creating a vision board is not just for dreamy idealists. It's a wise and necessary practice for anyone seeking personal growth and satisfaction. Knowing where you want to end up helps you make conscious and subconscious choices that align with your goals.
Do you have a group of people that would benefit from creating individual vision boards? Whether for a friends' night or an office exercise, this activity can be fun and inspiring.
